Description Gents 1970s Garrard automatic wrist watch. The watch has a good quality 25-jewel calibre ETA 2878 automatic movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 36mm wide excluding the winding crown, and 35mm high excluding the lugs. The case is gold plated while the screw-on case back is stainless steel. The back of the watch has a long service inscription for Leyland Cars. The car is in good condition, just the odd small mark but nothing serious at all. The lens is in good condition. The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds hand and a day / date display (set at first position, turning the crown clockwise or anti clockwise). The watch bracelet is in super condition. It currently fits an 18.5cm wrist although there is capacity on the clasp to make it around 1.5cm smaller.
